SUMMARY:

The article that I read is about the disputes between the customer and any of the company. The internet is slowly becoming an important part in our society today. As of today we can check information with a touch of a bottom with the help of the internet, crossing over vast ocean space to chat live with someone from different places, but today i would like to talk about how people use internet to distribute goods all over the world. this practice is often called E-commerce. If we were going to return the merchandise because it did not meet the requirements of the purchase agreement, of course not all businesses practice fairly over the internet and act according to the proper customer law.


CONNECTION:

We have learned two things in chapter twelve, one is that if we pay our credit within 30 days the bank will provide a discount, the second thing is that a company must refund a customer if the item sold to he or she is not up to the quality. There are many other laws divised to protect the consumer, it would be wise for the consumers to be aware of these laws and use them to protect themselve.


REFLECTION:

I had bought things from internet as well. The one I got may not be as indentical as the one I saw from the picture on the website. Therefore I tried to refund and they accept my reason. But not all of the E-commerce are responsible like that. To be catious. People should be caution that they may be deceived. Also don't easy to trust people who you don't really know, especially who you had never met. Even though they gave you a good image online or somewhere, they may not nice. Remember without interflow face to face the one might have some bad though. Have you learn anything after reading my reflection of Chapter 12?

SUMMARY:

This article is about China's Health Ministry said about until now there were about 10,666 kids remained hospitalisedonly, but only a few babies lost their lifes during the milk issue from China. because of the chemcial what can make the milk delicious and got more prudece from it. But the chemical could also let people get kidney stone. Especially the babies who were not able to realize that they had some problems.

So....

• Several children got serious condition of total of 36,144 have been discharged after treatment.
• Ministry said that there were 539 new cases on Wednesday and another 2,067 were discharged but didi not provide the over all figured of children affected.
• There were at least 4 babies died who drank the melamine-tainted milk.

It triggered a massive scare and rejections of China-made dairy products domestically and overseas.
Also Wednesday, the Health Ministry announced a melamine limit of one milligramme per kilogramme of infant formula and 2.5 milligrammes per kilogramme liquid milk, milk powder and food products containing at least 15 per cent milk.

CONNECTION:

China used to have the world's third largest dairy industry. That's why I connect this article to the merchandise inventory section of Chapter 11. This grievous happen was changing the achievement of selling the goods from China to the whole Earth, such as to supermarkets, farmers, merchant, and infant. From the milk issue I think most of the milk from China are no longer been sold. It destroyed the food markets of China and made the goods antipathy. The inventory of the accouting end period will be lower and lower. A country where exist but without any incrasing, it means it will be broke soon. So the gross frofit will decrease when we can't keep the cose of the goods sold account increase.

REFLECTION:

I was really upset while i read this article. It is so unfair for make the big profit by selling goods which could bring the sickness to the innocent person. It will be very harmful if people haven't notice in the early time. Especially for the victims who are infants. I am really suggesting people to check their bodies in a period of time. Get to know some problems soon so you may have a good time to cure it. Also I think people who sacrifice others for get more money to their pockets are so foolish. They think money is the reason keep they alive, they think money can buy anyone's life, they think money can help them to do anything. That's really a stupid though. The government should really ready some punishments for those petty people. Hope there will be no more this kind of cases in the world. But that's almost impossible.
